Public Server Mangos


Step One

First go to [Only admins are allowed to see this link] and Register an Account, then create a Domain name, For instance, mine is Noxgaming.game-server.cc

Step Two

Then you need to Open the Following Ports
3036
3306
6112
6881
8050
8093
8129
3727 (this is for voice chat, it is optional)
80 (this is for apache/your website) Im not going to tell you how to, you need to find it out self.

Step Three

Go into your MaNGOS server folder and open MySQL.bat and wait for it
to load.. When its done, Open your SQL browser SQLog, NaviCat or
HeidiSQL and log in with “Username: Root and Password: Ascent or
Whatever”

Step Three

Then go into the Table called Realmd and look for realmlist, Click on
that and go for the “Data” Tab, what you should see there now is
“MaNGOS and 127.0.0.1″ the “MaNGOS” is the server name. and “127.0.0.1″
is the server adress so my Server shall be called NoXious-WoW then i
Change MaNGOS for NoXious-WoW, and my realmlist is:
noxgaming.game-server.cc so i change 127.0.0.1 for that

Step Four

When you are done, close, Open your Realmlist.wtf, change it and Have fun playing.
